The Good Food Box (GFB) is a program under the Community Kitchen Program of Calgary whereby you can purchase fresh fruits and vegetables at a very low cost. The Good Food Box is a hands-up program as opposed to hands-out. They offer all Calgarians’ sustainable access to nutritious food to ensure that no one has to go hungry. The boxes are put together and delivered to the Clubhouse by dedicated volunteers who, along with the Community Kitchen, desire to see individuals and families accessing affordable nutritious food.  Cut off: September 8th at noon Delivery: September 18th                                           Visit us in the main office, or call 403-781-6613 ext. 1 to place your order! For the past 22 years Steve Harmer of Motivational Magic has combined his entertainment skills with his educational skills to present Magic programs throughout the four western Canadian provinces. His magic of story-telling and puppetry will inspire the audience.
