Looking for a fun family night, where the planning is done for you?  The NBRA is excited to offer quarterly “One Stop Boxes” suitable for families of all sizes! The Family Fun Night box is only $25 and all you have to do is place your order and get ready to unbox your night of fun! The best part about the NBRA’s “One Stop Boxes” is that, unlike other box services… no subscription is necessary... you can just order the box prior to the order due date. The NBRA Beer Gardens is back August 24th 2024 from 5pm-10pm! Satisfy your thirst with unique alcoholic drinks from local breweries within Calgary, enjoy great food from truck on-site, and get to know your neighbours! Drink tickets will be $5 and can be purchased with cash inside our Beer Gardens area (Tennis Courts). Inside the Clubhouse office you will be able to use debit/credit to purchase drink tickets. The New Brighton Clubhouse also has a convenient ATM on-site! Everyone entering the Beer Gardens Area must show valid Government Issued ID. Please drink responsibly. The NBRA is back after a fantastic second year, to host our 3rd Annual Golf Tournament! Hosted again at the beautiful Mckenzie Meadows Golf Club on Sunday, September 15th, 2024, teams of four will have the opportunity to compete for some amazing prizes and enjoy a delicious banquet dinner.  Registrations will be open in the coming months, and all information will be posted on our social media accounts! Have you ever imagined an exciting night at the museum? Bring your imagination to reality by joining your fellow New Brighton neighbours for the ultimate sleepover experience at the Royal Tyrrell Museum! Guests will participate in hands-on workshops, explore the museum with flashlights in the dark and even sleepover below the dinosaur fossils! Participants will also be able to spend the next day exploring the museum at their leisure!   The tentative date for this Royal Tyrrell Sleepover will be on October 18th 2024 from 6:30pm until October 12th 2024 at 9am. The NBRA is proud to be a part of the Grand South Christmas Market again in 2024! Our market will have a wide variety of vendors to help get your Christmas shopping done early while supporting local artisans, home-based businesses, and crafters of all varieties! Admission to the public is FREE! The NBRA encourages customers to bring a non-perishable food item to be donated to the Calgary Food Bank! There is an ATM on-site as some vendors may only be accepting cash. RSVP is not required for this event. Santa may live at the North Pole, but he does his shopping in the deep south. The NBRA is proud to be partnered with the neighbouring communities of Cranston, Auburn Bay, and Mahogany for the Grand South Christmas Markets. The snow is falling and the rinks are gleaming! Join the NBRA for an afternoon of skating, hot chocolate, marshmallow roasting and lots of outdoor winter activities! Bundle up because its sure to be cold! The Winter Carnival is a weather dependent event, if weather reaches plus temperatures the rinks may not be open, and if the weather is below -20 outdoor activity stations will be halted. Other activities will take place if the rinks are not open. This event is for New Brighton residents only! RSVP is required and will open closer to the date of the event.

Love is in the air, and so is the smell of hot chocolate and roasted marshmallows! Make your way to the Clubhouse Friday, Februray 14th, 2025 for our Valentines Skate. Enjoy a night skate with your loved ones, have delicious hot chocolate, or roast marshmallows on our gas firepits. This event is only open to New Brighton residents, but RSVP is not required. More information pertaining to this event will be posted in the months leading up.
