The snow is falling and the rinks are gleaming! Join the NBRA for an afternoon of skating, hot chocolate, marshmallow roasting and lots of outdoor winter activities! Bundle up because its sure to be cold!

The Winter Carnival is a weather dependent event, if weather reaches plus temperatures the rinks may not be open, and if the weather is below -20 outdoor activity stations will be halted. Other activities will take place if the rinks are not open.

This event is for New Brighton residents only! RSVP is required and will open closer to the date of the event.
