Restorative Yoga Spring Session 1

Restorative Yoga is a gentle, slow-paced practice designed to promote deep relaxation and stress relief. By activating the parasympathetic nervous system—our “rest and digest” mode—it supports healing, balance, and overall well-being. This calming style of yoga is ideal for reducing tension, improving sleep, and aiding recovery from stress or injury. Please bring your yoga mat, 2 blocks a bolster, warm clothing and an extra blanket. Residents: $115 / Non-Residents: $130
