Chair Yoga is a supportive, low-impact program designed to enhance flexibility, mobility, balance, and relaxation. Using seated and supported standing poses, this class offers a safe and accessible way for adults to enjoy the benefits of yoga, reduce stress, and reconnect with their body in a calm, welcoming setting.
