All cancellations must be requested in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Due to the overwhelming rental requests, the New Brighton Residents Association has established the following rental cancellation policy. Refunds will be issued as noted below, depending on the date of the cancellation request.
|75% refund of the entire booking||If rental is cancelled more than 3 months prior to the rental date|
|50% refund of the entire booking||If rental is cancelled between 1-3 months prior to the rental date|
|Non-refundable||If rental is cancelled less than 1 month prior to the rental date|
Refunds may be issued in the form of an account credit to use toward a future rental or in the form of a cheque. All refunds issued by cheque are subject to a $15.75 administration fee. Damage deposit will be returned in full.
