Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION
Any cancellation of a rental must be done in writing or emailed to rentals@nbra.ca, a $15.75 administration fee will be applied for any cheque refunds. 
75% Refund - If the rental is cancelled more than 3 months prior to the rental date.
50% Refund - If the rental is cancelled between 1-3 months prior to the rental date.
No Refund - If the rental is cancelled less than 1 month prior to the rental date.

 

 

ALL cancellations due to the COVID-19 must be requested in writing or by email to rentals@nbra.ca.The New Brighton Residents Association has established the following rental cancellation policy, refunds will be issued as noted below.

Full refund issued by cheque (subject to admin fee)

Things to Note:

  • Refunds may be issued in the form of an account credit to use towards a future rental or in the form of a cheque. All refunds issued by cheque are subject to a $15.75 administration fee.
  • Damage Deposit will be returned in full
