ONLY 1 family member's name needs to be booked for all timeslots. Please do not book in all 5 names, although you may bring up to 4 additional household members for the booking!

Cancellation Policy Update:

If a household needs to cancel a pre-booked time slot, they can do so by calling the Clubhouse at 403-781-6613, x:1. Or email csr@nbra.ca. (Please include your name, address and time of booking.)

Once we receive a cancellation request we will remove you off the list and no further actions are required.

If you do not cancel for your time slot that you booked and are a no show, you are subject to suspension of skating privileges.
