Clubhouse Closure Effective: March 16, 2020

With the closing of recreation facilities by the City of Calgary, the New Brighton Residents Association will be closed until further notice commencing March 16, 2020.  The health and safety of our residents, employees, instructors and patrons is our main priority, therefore; we will continue to be guided by the province’s public health officials in taking actions to protect our residents and visitors from COVID-19.

All program and facility rental participants will be contacted by a NBRA team member to confirm and discuss refund options within the week.

Residents are reminded that the annual association fees are due as of April 1, 2020, and to avoid delinquency are encouraged to make their annual fee payments using one of the following methods: 

CHEQUE - Mailed to 2 New Brighton Drive, SE Calgary, Alberta T2Z 4B2. Please make your cheque payable to the New Brighton Residents Association (not NBRA). There will be a $50.00 charge on all returned cheques.

OVER THE PHONE – Please call 403-781-6613 extension 1, to pay using a Visa or MasterCard.

ONLINE - Via www.newbrighton-connect.com (Click on ‘Pay Your Fees’ at the bottom of the homepage). If you have any questions or need to provide an email address to set up your online account, please complete the simple 30 second form found on www.newbrighton- connect.com (click the forms tab located at bottom of the homepage, and select the “Update Email Address” tab) or call 403-781-6613 Ext: 1 Please follow the steps provided in the video on the website and Facebook page to pay your account balance. Note: There is a $5 convenience charge to use the online payment system, which will be applied automatically to all online accounts.

Community Maintenance such as snow removal and litter control will still continue during this time of Clubhouse closure.
