Please take special note, that the Annual General Meeting for the NBRA is being held virtually through Zoom at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 20, 2020.  It is also noteworthy, that the New Brighton Residents Association Board of Directors applied to the Queen’s Bench of Alberta Court to obtain permission to host this Annual General Meeting virtually, due to the Covid-19 global pandemic.  This application was approved on July 14, 2020, and can be viewed by clicking HERE.  

Residents who plan on attending the AGM must pre-register HERE prior to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 18, 2020, to obtain the official Annual General Meeting Link.  The meeting check-in will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m., any late arrivals will be unable to vote once the scrutineer's report has been delivered.

Each homeowner in New Brighton will receive a complete AGM package in the mail or via email (if an email is on file with us) near the end of September with complete details on this year’s meeting.  If you own a home in New Brighton and do not receive a package by October 5, 2020, please call the New Brighton Clubhouse at 403.781-6613, ext 1 to request one. 

Residents who are unable to attend the AGM and would like to submit a proxy, can do so in one of three ways:

1)  Fax it to:  403-781-6611
2)  Drop it off in person:  at the New Brighton Club, located on 2 New Brighton Drive, S.E.
3)  Email it to the General Manager:  gm@nbra.ca
