Story Time - Cancelled

Due to unforseen circumstances, Storytime has been cancelled for today, November 4th. It will resume as scheduled on November 18th from 10:30am-11am.  Thank you for your understanding.

October Website Contest

The New Brighton Residents Association is excited to announce its time again for our website scavenger hunt! Throughout, there are 5 Halloween spiders hidden throughout the website (see below). Find all 5 and email including the page you located them on and you will be entered to win two Admission passes to the Calgary Zoo!! Contest closes Oct 18th at noon. A winner will be announced Oct 18th at 2pm. Good Luck and happy searching!   This spider is not included in the 5! It is an example as to what you are looking for throughout the website.  

Brookfield Residential Needs Your Help!

The Light The Night Walk celebrates and honours cancer survivors, acts as a memorial to those facing a loss and gives hope and healing to those still fighting. These events bond communities together, creating life-long connections that bring light to the darkness of blood cancers.  

Vendors Wanted

On Nov 16th the NBRA will be hosting its Annual Christmas Market! This market is great for small/local businesses to get noticed! On average this market sees over 800 guests through the door. This year the NBRA has teamed up with Auburn Bay, Cranston, McKenzie Towne and Mahogany to provide an even bigger turn out and also all shoppers that visit all five locations will have the opportunity to be entered into a door prize worth over $2000.  Interested in becoming a vendors? The sun is shinning, birds are chirping and the Splash Park is open for the season!! What better way to enjoy this beautiful weather than playing at the Splash Park? Park hours: 9am-9:30pm Monday-Sunday (Statutory holidays do not affect the NBRA times) 

Let's Save Trees Together!

Help save trees in this modern age of technology! For your convenience and in an effort to be more environmentally friendly, the NBRA is now offering the option to have your annual fee notice and AGM package emailed. Please ensure that we have your correct email address on file, by completing the simple “30 second form” found here  Thank you in advance for your help!  

Membership Cards

Winter is finally here and everyone is excited to get out and use the park. The NBRA wants to remind residents 12 and up membership cards are required to access the clubhouse and park. New cards have been being issued since April 1st, 2018, with the launch of our new system. Please note for those who haven't yet gotten their new card they will be available at no charge until March 31st, 2019 after which point a fee will be applied.  

Sunday Rental Space Available

Are you looking for a regular space to rent? The NBRA now has Sunday space avaiable for lease in all three rooms (Banquet, Studio and Board Room). For more information please contract or call 403-781-6613 ext 5.

The New Brighton Tool Shed is officially open for borrowing!

No need to purchase and store tools that you may only need to use once a year… come and check them out from the tool lending library instead!  The New Brighton Residents Association and New Brighton Community Association have joined efforts to bring you a library full of over 60 tools to meet your landscaping, snow removal, home improvement, and automotive needs! This is a free service for all New Brighton Residents over the age of 18… with more perks available to those who also have a valid NBCA membership!  Visit for complete borrowing details and to browse the catalogue!
