Zumba (14+) Spring Session 2

Zumba is based on the principle that exercise should be FUN and EASY! This class combines various international dance themes with intervals of fast and slow paced rhythms to tone & sculpt your body. Salsa, samba and even Bollywood your way through this HIIT work out and add a little spice to your week. Residents: $90 / Non-Residents: $105
