POUND - Spring Session 2

Pound Fitness incorporates drumming with pilates, and easy-to-follow cardio moves .The workout fuses Pilates, isometric movements, plyometric and yoga-based poses into a 45-minute series. Strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, toned body, all while rocking out to amazing music. Resident: $90 / Non-Resident: $105
