Family Pound (6+)

Drum, pound, & beat together as Family! Pound Fitness incorporates drumming with pilates, and easy-to-follow cardio moves. The workout fuses Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and yoga-based poses into a fun series the whole family can enjoy. Strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, toned body, all while rocking out to amazing music.

Every Wednesday from 7:30-8:30pm, Starting January 9th!
