NBRA Annual Fee Reminder
Residents of New Brighton are reminded that the mandatory Annual New Brighton Residents Association Fees are due as of April 1, 2020. Packages including the annual renewal notice will be delivered to all New Brighton homes late February or by email on March 1, for those who have an email address on file. If you wish to provide an email address for your account, please complete the simple 30 second form found on www.newbrighton-connect.com (click the forms tab located at bottom of the homepage, and select the “Update Email Address” tab) or call 403-781-6613 Ext: 1 or Ext: 5. Payments can be made in person at the New Brighton Clubhouse by cheque, online, or over the phone commencing March 1, 2020. New this year: the first 1000 homes to pay 2020 annual fees will be entered to win 1 of 2 VIP packages for the NBRA Beer Gardens being held in June! Residents are also reminded that all delinquent accounts paid after April 30, 2020 are subject to interest charges of Prime plus 5% per annum and other charges related to the collection of these fees.
